What an amazing experience from beginning to end! I first spotted an ad on either Facebook or Instagram (can’t quite recall), then headed straight to the website to check out the options and shot a message through the chat feature.

It was pretty late, so I didn’t expect a response. But the next morning, I got a WhatsApp from Oscar saying he’d seen my inquiry and was ready to assist.

That’s when the service hit a perfect score! From start to finish, Oscar was super patient and took the time to really grasp what I needed. Since it’s our honeymoon, I was being quite particular and kept changing the flights and accommodations multiple times. Oscar was incredibly patient and thorough, asking all the right questions and keeping me calm as I switched things up.

He helped me find hotels and flights that really went above and beyond, especially since it’s our honeymoon. He even included TripAdvisor links for each place, so I wasn’t just relying on his advice but also on the experiences of others who had been there before.

We went back and forth over several days, and when we finally had everything sorted, I asked him to hold off for an extra day so my partner could take a look. There was zero pressure to “book,” and we wrapped everything up after my partner had a chance to review it all too!

Oscar, I can’t thank you enough for your expertise, experience, and patience. Since this trip is likely the most expensive one we’ll ever take, I was really careful about trusting the person I was dealing with, even though it was all online.
